Introduction
Novu.Link lets you integrate your favourite external analytics services to compliment the built in powerful analytics already built into the platform.
Every time someone successfully scans your QR code or clicks on your Magic Link, Novu.Link will send a click_redirect event to the Analytics service along with any details that we have available about the click event.
Supported Platforms
Google Analytics GA4
Google Analytics events are sent via the Measurement Protocol API.
Meta (Facebook) Pixel
Pixel events are sent via the Conversions API.
Debug Mode
You can enable debug mode on your external analytics integration. Debug mode will enter debug mode for the relevant services, so for example with Google Analytics, you’ll be able to see your events in DebugView. Note that some integrations may not support debug mode even if you select it to on.
